Covenants allow one single-family home per home site. While not required, owners are encouraged to minimize the environmental impacts of their home by striving to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and by integrating alternative energies such as solar power, geo-thermal and wind power into the design phase. Native vegetation requiring low water usage and xeriscape landscapes are encouraged.
