The Equestrian Center at Grasslands at Comanche is a private facility and exclusive to owners in the community. The 100' x 240' facility will provide the year round opportunity to ride, train, learn and socialize. The Homeowners Association will encourage lifelong learning through seminars, clinics and gatherings that will be hosted at the Equestrian Center.

Acreage surrounding the Equestrian Center includes a proposed 150’ x 300’ outdoor arena to serve as an area for training riders and horses in equestrian activities of all styles. An additional proposed amenity would include a community building for social activities and other functions.
