The Grasslands at Comanche community is located in the Strasburg School, Fire Protection, and Recreation Districts. Members of the community enjoy all services offered by the Districts. All of life’s essentials, for human and horse, can be found within 30 minutes or less from the Grasslands at Comanche.

Strasburg is named for John Strasburg, railroad foreman, and is home to both Adams and Arapahoe counties. The city is at 4983 feet (elevation) and hosts a population of 2528.

Residents of this area enjoy the small-town community feel with modern amenities including a newly built middle school, libraries, an assisted living center, numerous churches, parks, recreational activities with today’s leading retailers and restaurants nearby.
